Emotional Intelligence Testing - Health Education England (East of England)

Require the support in delivering provide Emotional Intelligence Testing and feedback for trainees across the East of England referred to the Professional Support and Well-being Service (PSW) with the aim of supporting trainees in developing areas of their own emotional intelligence.

The Professional Support & Well-being Service (PSW) recognise that emotional intelligence tests and EQi tests can provide trainees with important information that can assist with their own self -management and self-development.

In particular, knowing their level of emotional intelligence at work can give you valuable information to direct and advance their career.
