The existing extraction system needs significant repair and upgrade to provide a reliable service with safe access for inspection and maintenance\. The requirement is to replace 2 no\. existing extract fans that have failed with 2 no\. duty & standby fans in the same locations on the roof of the training building, with upgrades to controls as detailed in the attached drawings and specification\.
