## Description

East Suffolk Council \(ESC\) are looking to procure stock condition surveying services of 215 apartment blocks, encompassing 1104 dwellings, in the north of the district\. The surveys required will identify estimated lifetimes of building components as well as any HHSRS hazards\. Further to this, EPC assessments are required\.
