Work description
Scarborough Borough Council has been successful in a Stage 1 application to the HLP Parks for People fund for the restoration of South Cliff Gardens in Scarborough and has been awarded a grant to seek a consultant to develop the stage 2 bid, working alongside a dedicated Scarborough Borough Council (SBC) appointed Project Officer.
