Minor Works for the Older Buildings Research Project in Northern England

Description

The Department for Education has awarded three contracts for the delivery of minor works in educational settings across England to support the Older Buildings Research (OBR) project. These contracts cover a range of investigative and remedial activities, which will be undertaken to refine the Department's understanding of the education estate's condition. The contracts were awarded following a competitive procurement process under the RM6088 Construction Works and Associated Services framework.
