The purpose of this document is to invite you to submit a tender in to meet the requirements of Luton Borough Council's Building Technical Services for the general clearance, fencing to existing garden and communal areas, slab work to garden and communal areas, pathway removal, pathway installation, brickworks repairs and installation and general landscaping.
