## Description

Elmbridge Borough Council is approaching the market for a supplier to supply material and install a bonded rubber mulch surface at Weybridge Green, Princes Road, Weybridge\. This will be used mainly by spectators and players of Weybridge Cricket Club, school children and other users of this open space\. Priority of this surfacing is health and safety of users, accessibility all year including adverse weather conditions and the durability of the surfacing\. It is the Council's expectation to award the contract within a week of the closing date and for the installation to be completed by 30 June 2017\.
