Mental Health Step Down Supported Living Service (adults)

The service will be provided by a registered and regulated supported living organisation with the Care Quality Commission that has achieved 'Good' or 'Outstanding' ratings under the Health and Social Care Act 2008 (Regulated Activities Regulations) 2014. Providers with a 'Requires Improvement' rating that can evidence progress against an action plan will also be considered. The regulated service must have a registered nominated individual or registered manager. The supported living service will include: • Supporting adults 18 years and over • Supporting people with mental health conditions • Supporting people with mild learning difficulties The supported living service identified within this specification will reflect the assessed needs of individuals as identified within their individual support plan.
