External Recruitment Provider - Chief Executive & a Director of Human Resources

Chesterfield Royal Hospital Foundation Trust is seeking an external recruitment provider to assist it in the recruitment of a Chief Executive and a Director of Human Resources and Organisational Development.

The intention is that the contract would cover both posts but that they would not follow the same timetable with it envisaged that an appointment will be made to the post of Director of Human Resources and Organisational Development ideally by the end of April 2022. An appointment is required for the Chief Executive post as soon as possible but it is accepted that due to the nature of the post the timescales will necessarily be longer.
