2021/22(067) Glass Works - Post PC Works (Framework Agreement)

Construction Works required at the Glass Works Post Practical Completion. Requirement to have a framework agreement in place with a Contractor to allow packages of works to be called off as and when required. These works are primarily to be linked to the tenant enhancement works which may be required to the units which remain unlet post practical completion of the Phase 2 contract.
