Radiator Replacement at Thornwood, Bexhill on sea

Description

Radiator and towel rail replacements to 23 flats in an Older Persons' Scheme. To include: - Installation of Ideal compact radiators, Drayton TRV 4 and associated works; - Installation of bathroom towel rails, Drayton TRV 4 and associated works; - Extra over for towel rails suitable for secondary hot water systems. This will be under a JCT Minor Works 2016 contract (with Optivo standard amendments - see Appendix 7) with an estimated term of 8 weeks. Full specification in Appendices.
