Measured Term, Minor Works Contract 2020-2024

Mid Devon District Council is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified contractor to deliver minor capital works to its housing stock, the infrastructure surrounding these houses and its corporate buildings, during the financial years 2020-2024. These works will be based on a schedule of rates. It is estimated that the value of the works will not exceed £100,000.00 in any one financial year. This annual figure is indicative and the actual value of the works may vary. The Contract shall be awarded for four years, starting during November 2020 and terminating on the 31 March 2024. The works will be carried out in four phases, starting and completing as follows. Phase 1 Start 16 November 2020 Completion 31 March 2021 Phase 2 Start 1 April 2021 Completion 31 March 2022 Phase 3 Start 1 April 2022 Completion 31 March 2023 Phase 4 Start 1 April 2023 Completion 31 March 2024
