## Description

South Derbyshire District Council have 26 sites and 89 Blocks of Flats across the district\. The blocks are between 1 and 3 storeys\. We also have a number of single storey community centres, of which two have a first floor flats located above and one which is part of one of our larger blocks\. The residents are predominately general needs\.
