WP3652 - Unified Support Agreement

Walsall Council is seeking a single comprehensive modern support solution covering Microsoft cloud platforms.

The support agreement shall:

• give the Council direct access to Microsoft Support Services which will respond to critical issues within 30 minutes • provide for a Strategic Technical Advisor who will help us to get the most value from our existing and future investment in Microsoft technology • give as needed advisory services • provide on-demand risk assessment tools and education workshops • provide x4 embedded services/proof of concept/pilots during the 12 month agreement
