Housing Ombudsman Payroll Services

This is a notice for the award of a payroll transaction processing service. Housing Ombudsman payroll management/tax and National Insurance deductions for its permanent employees is managed through the payroll services secured under this award.

Additional information: This contract is awarded as a single tender exercise for the following reasons; 1. The appointed supplier currently provides accounting services to HOS and by contracting with same supplier for payroll improves process efficiencies 2. The annual contract value is low (2K) and a market test of other suppliers affirmed the contract cost was reasonable; undertaking a procurement exercise was not regarded as adding any additional value to the decision 3. HOS will run a re-procurement for the linked services as an open competition prior to the end of the 2 year contractual term
