NOTE: This notice was updated on 15 February 2018 for the following reason: Extension of Tender return deadline to 09\.00 hours on Monday 19th February 2018Chelmsford Museum is based around a 19th Century substantial residence in Oaklands Park, which is Grade 2 listed\. The Museum was recently extended and a Heritage Lottery Grant has enabled a refurbishment of the original house to now be undertaken\. The Council wishes to appoint a suitably experienced and qualified main contractor to undertake this important project\. The successful bidder must be able to achieve the required standard of work within a challenging timescale\.
