## Description

South Staffordshire District Council \(SSDC\) will be procuring a replacement Contact Centre telephony platform using Crown Commercial Services G-Cloud framework\. The call-off process will be managed on behalf of South Staffordshire Council by the Commercial Team at Staffordshire County Council, who provide procurement support to SSDC\.
