PS108-23 East Marsh Children Centre - Refurbishment

Equans Services Limited on behalf of North East Lincolnshire Council is seeking to procure a suitable contractor to carry out various refurbishment works at East Marsh Children centre. The work is predominantly decoration with some other construction trades involved. Located on Victor St East Marsh this is still a functioning site and will be operational throughout the works it is important the contractor can work with the site to accommodate their appointments.
