## Description

Benchtop high throughput sequencing machine to determine the changes in the profile of mRNAs expression in cell and tissue samples exposed to oligonucleotide-based therapeutics \(and relevant controls\)\. In contrast to genomic DNA sequencing which requires long-reads and a low-throughput, sequencing of mRNA requires large numbers \(high-throughput\) of sequencing to undertake accurate quantification \(>400M reads per run\)\. Includes 4 years post warranty service cover
