Oxfordshire Fire & Rescue Service (OFRS) [company of Oxfordshire County Council] conducted this collaborative tender on behalf of a group of partner Fire & Rescue Services (FRS), listed within the documentation. FRS partners will be involved in the tender and evaluation process, resulting in several separate contracts managed independently by each FRS. This contract notice applies to Oxfordshire Fire & Rescue's contract only. Following a legislation change, the participating partners required a contract for the supply of Florine Free Fire Fighting Foam. The tender comprised of 3 lots: - Lot 1: 3/3 (3% Induction Rate) - Lot 2: 1/3 (1% Induction Rate) - Lot 3: Collection and safe disposal of foam - This Lot has not been awarded. Lot 1 and 2 have been awarded to separate suppliers.
