Highways England \(HE\) is looking to engage with an Insurance Specialist to provide a thorough review of the insurance provisions in all the Model Contract Documents \(MCDs\) that are being used by Highways England\. This is to ensure that they are suitable, in terms of their wording, their values and are in line with The Insurance Act\.
