## Description

The replacement of 3 lifts in existing shafts, each to have 680kg or 9 persons capacity\. Lift PL10 and PL11 are passenger lifts capacity serving 7 floors\. Lift PL9 is a passenger lift serving 8 floors\. The contractor will be responsible for the design, manufacture and installation of all 3 lifts and maintain for 12 months after completion\. Lifts are to be replaced sequentially to enable at least 2 lifts to be in operation at any one time\. There is an option to submit a tender for modernisation of the lifts retaining some of the existing components\.
