Refurbishment of Dellfield Court Care Home taking place in Sections \(each individual room is a Section, some comprising Works to communal/operational areas i\.e\. kitchen\)\. Residents will be in occupation so close liaison needed with the Employer/Residents on Sectional commencement/completion dates so the workforce are continually employed throughout the Works\. NOTE all workers must be fully vaccinated Additional information: reissue of notice as the SQ wasnt linking and doesnt seem to be with addendum on 14/2/22
