Work description
Refurbishment of Dellfield Court Care Home taking place in Sections (each individual room is a Section, some comprising Works to communal/operational areas i.e. kitchen). Residents will be in occupation so close liaison needed with the Employer/Residents on Sectional commencement/completion dates so the workforce are continually employed throughout the Works. NOTE all workers must be fully vaccinated
