## Description

Appointment of a contractor under the Purchasing Organisation \(ESPO\) Consultancy Services Framework Agreement \(reference 343\_24\) Energy Performance of Buildings Services Framework Agreement for the provision of Display Energy Certificates and Advisory Reports\. The scope of services will be procured under the following framework lot: Lot 3 - Provision of Display Energy Certificates \(DECs\) Provision of DECs to East Sussex County Council Corporate Sites listed under Schedule 1 of DEC specification\. East Sussex County Council will offer their schools and academies the opportunity to use the contracted supplier, Schedule 2 of DEC specification\. This procurement supports the Council's commitment to sustainability, regulatory compliance, and energy performance improvement across its estate\.
