Offshore wind has the potential to play a transformative role in the Philippines' clean energy transition and economic development. This RFQ seeks to identify a supplier to support the Philippines Energy Regulatory Commission (ERC) and Department of Energy (DOE) in strengthening offshore wind auction design and pricing. The project will provide technical assistance to update key pricing assumptions, review financial models, and draw lessons from international experience to inform the implementation of GEAP 5 and future auctions.
