The Police & Crime Commissioner for Warwickshire has awarded a contract for specialist commercial legal services. This was via a retrospective exemption due to the case not being a specialism of the incumbent legal supplier and urgency created by the business area not consulting with the procurement team sooner and an imminent long stop date.
