## Description

This service is to support the delivery of a Regional Investment Programme scheme for the Midlands delivering Business Plan and Delivery Plan commitments\. This service is needed to Project manage individual scheme deliver\. The service will complement the existing specialist technical services within National Highways such as SES, Communications etc\. The service will support the delivery of each individual scheme through National Highways' project control framework for stage managed delivery\.
