Description

The appointment of a panel of motor vehicle damage providers to repair damage to council owned or hired vehicles as a result of fire, accident, theft, vandalism or damage sustained in a road traffic incident (where the facilities and technical capability to repair does not exist in house) and in some circumstances to repair damage to third party vehicles where damage has been caused due to the negligence of the Council.
