Test Valley Water Cycle Study

Test Valley Borough Council is seeking the appointment of an appropriately qualified contractor to prepare a Water Cycle Study (WCS) for the Borough to look forward to 2040.

This would form part of the evidence base on informing the infrastructure and environmental context for future development, particularly housing within the draft Local Plan 2040 currently in preparation.

The water environment of the borough of Test Valley is highly valued by the community, particularly the chalk streams and rivers, a number of which are designated to be of local and national ecological importance as well as being of importance to the identity of the area.
