## Description

The provision of managed service solutions to process Universal Credit Decision Service \(UCDS\) alerts, Verify Earnings and Pensions \(VEP\) alerts, and Disabled Band Reduction Scheme alerts\. For each solution the robotics works as an officer would, logging in, completing screens and calculating claims, adding notebooks, etc\. to the NEC system F&HDC uses for processing revs & bens claims and accounts\. It reads the screens and PDF documents and adds the required data to the system as agreed in system set up\. Direct award via G-Cloud 12 Framework \(Crown Commercial Services framework RM1557\.12\)
