Real Estate Advisory Services for DWP Front of House Estate

The contract will deliver advisory services and liaison to the Health Transformation Programme. The proposed commission would provide continued real estate support for the Programme to provide high level strategic estates advice into the programme and ongoing due diligence covering both novation of existing supplier leases across DWP and the acquisition of a new property as the contingency option. An additional small amount of time will be required to support estate planning for changes to the job centre network.

The service contains two main elements: Advisory services and liaison relating to the Health Transformation Estate programme; and Advisory services and strategic consultancy relating to the Job Centre Transformation programme
