MMIC BMS and EMS Annual Maintenance and Validation​

Description

This specification covers the required works to provide annual maintenance on the CPI MMIC Building Management System (BMS) and Environmental Monitoring System (EMS) as well as revalidation of the EMS system on an annual basis to keep us compliant with GMP requirements. The system will need to be kept fully up to date and with the most recent software revision.
