## Description

The Office for Zero Emission Vehicles \(OZEV\) seeks advice and support with the development of the policy and forward activity for the Rapid Charging Fund \(RCF\): - The overarching objective of this requirement is to provide technical advice and build an independent evidence base to better understand the optimal solutions and costs of increasing electrical capacity at MSAs to prepare for the increased \(but uncertain\) future demand for rapid EV charging overtime to help us support on technical aspects of the policy\.
