Enforcement Agent Services - Parking

Shepway District Council ('the Council') is seeking tenders from suitable contractors to carry out Enforcement Agent Services (Parking) under a concession contract in the District of Shepway, Kent. The proposed contract term is 2+2+2 years, and is anticipated to commence on 1st April 2016. Subject to all extensions being taken (solely at the Authorities discretion subject to performance) this contract shall terminate on 31st March 2022. Suppliers should note that Shepway District Council intends to award this contract to two separate suppliers. As such, the requirement has been split into two lots. No supplier will be awarded more than one lot (contract). . Suppliers will submit tender returns for both available lots, however will be asked to indicate their preference. In the event that a supplier provides the Most Economically Advantageous Tender in respect of both available lots, they will only be awarded the contract to deliver their preference lot with the other lot to be dismissed.
