## Description

As part of the development of the Local Plan Kingston Council wishes to commission external expertise to facilitate the conversations engagement with our communities - primarily with residents but also with groups, organisations and businesses that have an interest in the future of the borough - to shape this shared vision\. As such, the council is procuring services for a further engagement on the Local Plan\.
