For the provision of legal services support across a broad range of University activities as an additional legal resource to the University Office of General Counsel for both overflow, beyond the in house capacity, and subject matter expertise where necessary.

The likely scope of commercial legal services may include, but is not limited to: Commercial, contract and corporate law; employment law; information technology; litigation and dispute resolution; intellectual property; public procurement; real estate and construction; planning; projects; education and higher education law; charity law and media matters.
