Gateway HA - Electrical Testing and Associated Works - AWARD

Description

Gateway Housing Association have appointed an experienced service provider to undertake electrical testing and associated works at properties owned/managed by Gateway Housing Association. The Invitation to Tender ("ITT") was issued on behalf of Gateway Housing Association to approved contractors under Category 2 - Electrical Testing and Maintenance of the Procurement for Housing Compliance Services & Associated Works, OJEU Contract Notice - 2018/S 171-388633. It is intended that the contract established following the procurement will run for an initial term of three years, extendable for a further term of two years via annual extensions. Any extension will be at the discretion of Gateway HA. The estimated contract value for electrical testing and associated works is £200,000 (exc VAT) per annum.
