Travel and Accommodation Solution

The council has awarded a contract using the Crown Commercial Services framework agreement RM6217 for the provision of travel and venue solutions. The call off contract has been made under Lot 1 and covers the ability to book the following: accommodation; air travel; ferry travel; Eurotunnel; ground transportation (including but not limited to car hire, coach with driver, taxis); rail booking (UK, Europe and International); and supporting travel ancillary services.

The contract is for the provision of a travel and accommodation portal and the associated travel and accommodation requirements. The value listed in this notice is the estimated value of bookings that shall be made through the system along with the associated system fees. The value may fluctuate depending on demand.

The call off contract has an initial term of two years (from 'go live') with the option to extend for up to a further period of two years.
