Work description

Earlier this year, BFI embarked on this requirement with another provider, who provided a suite of training, both online and in person for colleagues, to inform and expand our existing knowledge of the history of race and racism in the UK and how it shows up in our organisation - including a focus on building confidence and awareness amongst leadership teams. We are looking for a provider to move that knowledge into everyday action and move the BFI into the next stages of this work. Requirements Having expanded our knowledge of the challenges at hand, we need to establish and develop sustainable anti-racist practice within the organisation in order to move the culture and behaviours forward for the benefit of everyone. Working with an external provider would give additional rigour to this process and ensure that we are not "ticking our own homework". It also ensures accountability for the work and provides additional expertise and critical friendship throughout the process.
