NOTE: This notice was updated on 02 December 2021 for the following reason: Extension of tender period from 3rd Dec to 8th Dec 21(Creation of two meeting spaces on second floor of Norfolk Millennium Library with the Heritage Centre Refurbishment. Meeting rooms to create space that is sympathetic to existing glazed partitions.)
