## Description

To provide Planned Preventative Maintenance services for the energy management system used to monitor and control Colchester Borough Councils Heating and Cooling systems\. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises \(SMEs\)\. However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement\. The closing date for expressing interest is 12:00 \(noon\) on Friday 3rd March 2017, completed tenders must be submitted via the delta e-tendering portal by no later than 12:00 \(noon\) on Monday 6th March 2017\.\.
