London Borough of Havering Door and Window Replacement Contract

The London Borough of Havering ("LBH") sought expressions of interest from suitably skilled and experienced contractors for the delivery of its 5-year door and window replacement programme. The programme includes the installation of replacement fire doors. Works will be delivered via fixed price/ SOR and quotation pricing under a JCT Measured Term Contract (as amended) for a maximum of five years (3 + 1 + 1).

The estimated value of the contract is £10,000,000.00; however the value could increase to a maximum of £20,000,000.00 over its Term.

LBH followed a two-stage Restricted procurement procedure in accordance with the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 to procure the new contract.
