Buckinghamshire Council has purchased a SIMS License on behalf of all BC Schools, together with acquiring a SIMS Annual Entitlement (AE) on behalf of the Schools. This was a direct award from the Kent County Supplies (KCS) framework for Supply of Managed Services for Business.
