Support on DfT Development Agreement

In March 2023 DfT made a decision that a detailed change appraisal will be required as part of the Development Agreement change control process. To date, the Benefits & Analysis Team have produced analysis to assess the impact of fiscal planning and cost remediation. This work has been high level and therefore a full change appraisal is now required. The Benefits & Analysis Team have identified that external consultancy is required to support this activity until December 2023 with an option to extend. The call-off contract is awarded under the Crown Commercial Service (CCS) Management Consultancy Framework Three (MCF3), Lot 2 for Strategy & Policy.
