Stainforth Town Deal - Station Gateway projects

To Approve the direct award of a contract to Arcadis Consulting Ltd via the Crown Commercial Service (CCS) framework "RM6165 Construction Professional Services - Lot 1: Built Environment" to progress the New Station Footbridge and Station Access Improvements projects (collectively known as the Station Gateway) to delivery stage and maintain the continuity of project development achieved to date through the collaboration between the Council and Arcadis Consulting Limited (Arcadis). The contract is sought to cover the additional work required to reach Detailed Design to progress this project through completion of the ES3 stage (option selection) and progression through ES4 (single option development) in compliance with the Council's Contract Procedure Rules (CPR's).
