## Description

The purpose of the Brief is to seek the appointment of a main contractor to undertake the design and implementation of works necessary to extend the existing Park and Ride car park at Spital Rail Station\. It is therefore proposed to achieve this process through a Design and Build Contract under NEC 3 Option B\.
