General Employment Legal Advice & Services

The Buyer is entitled to 2 hours of free initial consultation and legal advice with each Order in accordance with Paragraph 5.2 of Framework Schedule 1 (Specification).

Provision of employment law advice including advice in connection with planned or actual industrial action in respect of the Buyer's clients in the jurisdictions of England and Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland.

Advice to be provided between 7am -10pm Monday to Friday (Core Hours) and on request at times outside of Core Hours (Out of Hours) including Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays (Weekend).

The Buyer provides no guarantee as to the number of instructions issued or the value of any instructions issued under this call-off contract.
