ED0006-17 Procurement of consultant support for the renewal of the Repairs and work to Voids contract for East Devon District

Over the next 12 months East Devon District Council (EDDC) will be procuring a contract for responsive repairs to occupied and void dwellings, to achieve maximum value for money and social value outcomes. The intended start date for the new contract is 1 January 2019. It is EDDC's intention to award this contract using a Price per Property/Price per Void (PPP/PPV) model and it wishes to engage a consultant to support and advise on the procurement exercise.
