## Description

The Highway Maintenance framework is to support Highways Maintenance Service with Major & Minor Civil Engineering projects\.The purpose of this procurement exercise is to appoint a number of contractors under a Framework Agreement for Civil Engineering Construction Support Works across Manchester Additional information: The Council is using the e-business portal known as the Chest\.
